A CRM that fits in a pocket

Leads, customers and the sales pipeline in one mobile app, so a field team can update a deal in the moment instead of at the end of the week.

01 · Context

Where this started

Sales lived in spreadsheets and chat threads. Leads went cold because nobody knew who had called whom, or when.

02 · Challenge

What made it hard

  1. 01A CRM is only as good as the data people bother to enter.
  2. 02The pipeline had to be readable on a small screen without turning into a spreadsheet.
  3. 03Several people touch the same customer, often at the same time.
03 · Process

How it came together

  1. 01

    Start from the next action

Every lead shows what should happen next, so opening the app answers 'who do I call now?'.

  2. 02

    Pipeline as stages

Deals move through clear stages, with counts and value at each step.

  3. 03

    Sync through Firebase

Firebase keeps everyone on the same version of a customer.

04 · Decisions

Choices that shaped it

  • Log in two taps

Logging a call is a two-tap action from the lead card. Anything longer doesn't get done.

  • Stages over tables

A vertical, swipeable stage view reads better on a phone than columns.

05 · Reflection
Good CRM design is mostly about lowering the cost of telling the truth. Every field I removed raised the quality of the data.
